I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a transformative approach that helps you explore and understand the different “parts” of yourself. IFS recognizes that each of us carries a variety of inner parts, some of which may be protective, wounded, or seeking connection. By working with these parts, you can develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.
Using IFS, we’ll focus on:

Unburdening trauma and negative beliefs held by certain parts of yourself.
